National Future Day 2023 at DGS
We were able to welcome 9 girls and boys on this day.
After a short introduction, they started at 10:00 a.m. with a first look at our design department, where they could see how a die-cast part is created on the PC. Afterwards they went on a tour of the tool shop and the foundry, where they marveled at huge melting furnaces. After a joint lunch, each of them was allowed to cast, turn, mill and deburr two parts each. The enthusiasm for this practical insight was very great among all participants. At the end, they were able to build a vehicle out of Lego technology in groups and determine the fastest car in a race. The whole day was a successful and instructive day for all of us. On 29.09.2023, the DGS barbecue took place. All employees came together, were wonderfully fed and entertained by the management. There was dancing, laughing and enjoying being together. Many thanks to everyone who was there. |
