The early involvement into the development process with our customers permits the selection of the most suitable alloy to achieve the required mechanical properties. Undesired quality losses during serial production can thereby be avoided.

- Implementation of trial programs with alternative casting alloys including heat treatment
- Development of new casting alloys together with customers by material and property investigations including the development and simulation of the appropriate heat treatment and quenching processes
